Mix water and chicken bouillon together. Mix cornstarch into 1/4 cup of bouillon mixture. Set both portions aside. Sprinkle the gound turkey with lemon & pepper seasoning. In a non-stick skillet, over high heat, brown the meat, stirring, for 3 minutes. Break the meat up and drain some of the liquid in the pan. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook over medium-high until onion is transparent and the mushrooms are slightly browned (about 3 minutes). Mix in mustard and worchestershire sauce. Lower heat to a high simmer. Add 3/4 cup of the prepared chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the remaining cornstarch-broth mixture and stir until sauce is smooth and thickened. Stir in the yogurt mixed with lemon juice and heat through. Do not boil or sauce will separate.
