Cheesy Southwest Corn Crockpot (Full Fat Version)

Butter, 1 Stick (1/4 LB)Cream Cheese, 8 OzFrozen Corn, 2 LbsPico de Gallo, 7 OzCream of Celery Soup, 1 CanWater, 1 Can
Melt butter and add to crockpot
Add pico de gallo
After about 5 minutes, add softened cream cheese
Add Soup Concentrate
Add Corn and stir like crazy
Add just enough water to loosen mixture (1 can is very soupy)
Cook on high for at least an hour
Lower heat and simmer.
Serving Size: Around 30 servings
