5 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.50 tsp Salt 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Baking Soda 48 tsp Sweet Additions Stevia 2 serving Golden Hen Eggs Aldi (by E17737) 48 tbsp Nature's Eats Blanched Almound Flour 141 gram(s) NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS)
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
In another bowl mix melted butter and sugar. Added eggs and water. Next add banana.
Slowly whisk in dry ingredients to wet.
grease the bottom of loaf pan.
bake at 350 for 1hr 25min or till tooth pick comes out clean.
Tent Aluminum foil over bead to prevent excess browning.
Cook uncovered for the last 5-10 minutes
