Ingredients
1 cup Kasha (buckwheat groats)1 cup Lentils4 cups water1 28oz can diced tomatoes4 Tbsp Red Star Nutritional Yeast1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1.5 cups sliced zucchini1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
Add all ingredienst in a large pot and cook covered for 15 minutes or until kasha and lentils are tender.
