Ingredients
4 large red potatoes1 large sweet potatoCooking Spray1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika or paprika1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne, depending on your tastes1/8 teaspoon mustard powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon dried parsley1/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
In a pot, add potatoes and add water to cover them. Bring to a boil and continue to cook until potatoes have softened but are still firm. Be sure to check on occasion because potato cooking time could vary depending on size and type. Drain boiling water and allow the potatoes to cool until you are able to handle them.
In a bowl, mix together all seasonings and set aside.
When the potatoes have cooled enough to handle; cut them into wedges. Place them skin side down on a cookie sheet or plate. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasonings evenly. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor or indoor grill to medium heat.
Grill potato wedges until browned and warmed through, turning occasionally. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
