Shrimp, Broccoli & Cauliflower Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 100 g shrimp- 60 g broccoli- 60 g cauliflower- 50 g mushrooms- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar- 1 tbsp low sod soy sauce- 0.5 tsp powdered ginger- 0.5 tsp powdered garlic
Directions
stir fry shrimp, broccoli & cauliflower until shrimp is pink & veggies are crisp & tender. add mushrooms for another couple of minutes to stir fry. mix all other ingredients combining well and then pour mixture over skillet. stir fry for another couple of minutes.

- serve over rice or eat on its own! yummy!

    This recipe has a very strong vinegar taste. I was very disappointed - it looked really good but there was way too much apple cider vinegar in it. - 6/9/16
