turkey chipotle burrito bowl

16 oz. turkey breast15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed1 cup frozen corn2 cups canned crushed tomatoes2 teaspoons finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro1 clove garlic minced4 corn tortillas cut or torn into bite-sized pieces
Heat oven to 350.
Spray a rectangular glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Dice turkey meat and arrange it in an even layer in baking dish.
In a bowl combine beans, corn, tomatoes, chipotle chili peppers, cumin, cilantro and garlic then pour mixture evenly over turkey.
Sprinkle with tortilla pieces then bake for 30 minutes.
Serve on brown rice and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
