Oriental Cole Slaw

Ingredients
0.5 cup vegetable oil plus 2 tablespoons0.5 cup sliced almonds0.5 cup sunflower seeds2 packages Ramen noodles, crushed0.33 cup sugar2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons wine vinegar1 bunch green onions, sliced2 teaspoons seasoned salt2 teaspoons vegetable broth mix1 package shredded cole slaw
Directions
Saute almonds, sunflower seeds, and ramen noodles in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until brown.

Mix together sugar, oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar, seasoned salt, and vegetable broth mix until sugar is dissolved.

Toss together shredded cole slaw, toasted ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds, and sliced green onions. Then add sauce and mix well.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
