Egg White Omelet w/Broccoli & Asparagus

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup Egg Whites8 oz Asparagus (fresh) chopped6 oz Broccoli (fresh)1/4 tsp Basil(dried)1/4 tsp Majoram(dried)1/4 tsp Sage(ground)1/4 tsp McCormick California Style Garlic Pepper2 Tbls Olive Oil
Directions
1. Prepare asparagus and broccoli with oil and seasonings
place in a baking dish spreading out in one layer and bake in oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, or tender then sprinkle with Parmasean Cheese and bake for another 5 minutes approx.
2. Let vegetables cool to be handled chop the broccoli up asparagus is already chopped place in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish pour egg whites over vegetables and mix thoroughly place in oven at 425 degrees and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through.
