Ingredients
3 Cans of mixed vegetables drained1 can water chestnuts drained1.5 stick butter6 oz velveeta cheese1 sleeve ritz crackers
Directions
preheat oven 350
spray 2.5 qt baking dish
place vegetables in baking dish pour .5 stick melted butter over vegetables....layer water chestnuts over vegetables...layer cheese over water chestnuts........layer crushed ritz crakers over cheese...dot with the remaining stick of butter........bake for 30 minutes.
