1 cup of capsicums (green pepper) 38 cal.1 cup mushroom 17 cal.1/2 cup onion 21.8 cal.25 g tomato paste 20.5 cal.1/2 cup diced celery 19 cal.4 tbsp. canned diced tomatoes 10 cal.4 black olives 27 cal.4 tbsp. grated parmesan 83 cal.
Make the pizza crust as per instructions (look up 'Yeast free pizza crust' in the database). Top up with the ingredients mentioned, layering them one after the other. Top up with four table spoons of grated parmesan cheese for yummy flavor. Put it in the oven at 220 grades Celsius for 20 minutes. Check it every now and then just in case. Because the whole thing is only 682 calories, you can have the entire pizza at one meal. Of course, you can half some of the ingredients and double others, and still keep within healthy calories. You can pour some nice extra hot pepper sauce, which has no calories, if you like it hot.
