Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Safflower Oil, linoleic, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.0 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
heat oil in skillet. Add diced potatoes and fry. Season with garlic and herb spice, hot paprika, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash original table blend, and crushed red pepper flackes. When potatoes are brown, add the onion and peppers. Cook until veges are tender.
