Low Fat Crab Dip

2 - 8 oz packages nonfat cream cheese, softened2 - 6 oz containers plain Greek Yogurt (I used the 2% variety, but you can use 0%)2 - 6 oz cans Reese lump crab meat, drained1 - 6 oz can Bumblebee fancy white crabmeat (or any other brand), drainedDash Worcestershire Sauce or Lemon Juice, optionalCayenne Pepper, optionalHerbs and spices such as garlic, pepper, dill, thyme, parsley,
Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt, blend in herbs and spices. Carefully mix in drained crab meat, and add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice or cayenne pepper.
Cover dip and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with pita chips, unsalted pretzels or low-fat crackers.
Can also be served warm.
