0.5 cup fat free milk (I used the lactose free kind)1 medium banana1 tbsp Adam's creamy natural peanut butter1 tbsp Benefiber powderYou can add other fruits or a little bit of chocolate, but it will change the nutrition content.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
