Caprese Salad with Pasta

Ingredients
1 (12 oz. ) box of rigatoni or other pasta1/4 c. olive oil1 bunch green onions, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered5 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese4 oz. fresh basilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water with a splash of oil. Drain & set aside. Add the scallions; cook stirring occasionally. Add the garlic. Add pasta, tomatoes, salt & pepper. Cook over low heat until completely warm, Stir in the cheeses. Tear or chop basil and sprinkle on top.
