Ingredients
1/4 c Louis Kemp Lobster Delights1 TBS Light Cream Cheese0.5 TBS Kikkoman Ponzu, citrus flavor1 bun Arnold Select Sandwich thins (or any other kind)
Directions
I finished making these in less than 2 minutes:

Lightly toast the sandwich thins; while they are toasted combine the cream cheese with the ponzu and stir with a fork until well mix (optionally, you can add a small dollop of wasabi paste, chives, cut onions etc).

Add the imitation lobster bites and mix well, making sure that they are coated.

Remove the bun from the toaster, place half of the mix on the center of each bun, roll the sides of the buns up to make mini roll type buns, and enjoy.

Optionally, feel free to add any topping you want before you eat. With this asian-influenced mix, Thai basil, chives, green onions will go well. Diced tomatoes, pico de gallo etc are always options

Serving Size: Makes a serving of 2 slider size lobster rolls

Like STRIKER, I'm not familiar with the Kikkoman product, but this still sounds interesting. - 8/20/20
