Chiparusi(Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredients
3 fresh red or green peppers, 2 carrots, 1 tbs buckwheat or rice, ground beef extra lean, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbs of parsley, 1 tsp sea salt, 1tbs black pepper, 0.5 tomato sauce.
Directions
First boil some buckwheat or you can use rice and let it cool down. Then grate the carrots and fry it with 1.5 tbs olive oil for about 5 minutes add 3 cloves of garlic and then add the ground meat and fry it for 10 more minutes. Then add the sea salt, black pepper, some parsley and lemon juice. Take 3 peppers take a spoon and take all the seeds from it then stuff the peppers with the meat and carrots that you just have done. Then put about cup of water in a pan and pour the tomato sauce and put the stuffed peppers in it and cook it for about 50 to 60 min. You can serve with some plain yogurt or sour cream.
