Grilled Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp lime juice1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon dried basil or fresh1 teaspoon dried pepper flakes1 large ears fresh corn on the cob, cut into 3-inch pieces2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices1 medium sweet onion, sliced1 large green pepper, diced10 cherry tomatoes
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the oil, salt, parsley, basil, chili flakes, and lime juice. Add vegetables and toss to coat. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 28 in. x 18 in.).

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-13 minutes on each side or until corn is tender.
