Maple Soy Glazed Salmon

1 package Compliments Balance Wild Pacific Pink Salmon Fillets 454g, thawed2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed1 Tbsp ginger root, minced or crushed2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce2 Tbsp maple syrup
Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and syrup. Throw the fillets and the glaze together in bowl and toss to coat. Arrange fillets in a small baking dish (the smallest dish possible that will fit all of the fish) and pour the remaining glaze over. Refrigerate for up to 1/2 an hour or bake right away.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
