Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
15 oz Black Beans (rinsed and drained)4 large eggs1/2 cup Splenda (= 25 packets)3 tbsp Cocoa Powder2 tbsp Instant Coffee (disolved in 1 tbsp hot water)1 tsp Baking Powder2 tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat over to 350. Spray an 8 X 8 pan with non-stick spray. Rinse and drain the black beans and set aside. Combine all the other ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix well. Add the beans and mix until smooth.

Pour into baking dish and bake about 30 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
