Creole Black Beans with Sausage

Ingredients
2 lbs. turkey smoked sausage 3 - 15 ounce cans of black beans, drained1 1/2 cups chopped onion1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper1 1/2 cups chopped celery4 cloves garlic, chopped2 tsp. fresh thyme1 1/2 tsp. oregano1 1/2 tsp. white pepper1 1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 chicken bouillion cube 5 bay leaves 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup water
Directions
Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown. Drain any fat. Transfer to crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 4 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve over rice (not included in recipe).
