Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup, dryFat free half and half, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup*Splenda, 2/3 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp 4 Large Egg whitesWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped Dried Cranberries, 1.5 cup, chopped Orange Peel, 3/4 cup
1. Combine oats and half and half and let sit for an hour
2. add rest of ingredients
3. pour into muffin tins
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or til muffins spring back when touched lightly in the center. Remove from tins immediately.
Store in refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
