Ingredients
1 small package jello instant sugar free-fat free butterscotch pudding (dry)1 8oz. crushed pineapple in own juice3 cups or 3 shredded apples (with or without skin) granny smith apples are best8 ounces Cool Whip fat free-sugar free1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions
mix every thing together and let sit at least one hour

    I love this recipe. I have been using it for potlucks and other get-togethers. No one believes it is really healthy. I omit the marchmallows and doesn't seem to effect the salad. Some add chopped peanuts. - 4/3/08
