2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 16 oz. cut in small bite size pieces1/2C Low cal Italian Dressing1t Italian Seasoning1t garlic powder1/2C parmesan cheese4 small potatos cut in small wedges
Line crock pot with cooking bag. Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with half the dressing, spices and cheese. Put potatos on top and around the chicken. Sprinkle the rest of the dressing, spices and cheese on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or untill potatos are tender.
