Ingredients
1/t sesame seedsdash of hot saucedash of wasabi1 can salmon, skinnless & boneless or tuna drained1/2T mayo, light1/2T fat free miracle whip1 sheet of norislices cucumbers, carrot, pepper.1t soy sauce
Directions
Mix 1st 4 ingredients in a bowl. Place veggies on the nori, arrange mixture in a row then roll up like a typical sushi roll using a mat. Cut into slices. Enjoy with green tea & sodium-reduced soy sauce.
