Ingredients
1/4 cu Chia seed1/3 cu. Flaxseed, whole1 1/2 cu. whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt4 tsp. Splenda brown sugar blend4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, soften1/4 cu. chopped hazelnuts7 dried figs, chopped (1 cup)1/2 cu. soy milk
Directions
In mixer bowl mix first 6 ingredients. Add butter. mix till crumbly.
Fold in next 3 ingredients.
Wrap and chill for 10 minutes.
On floured board roll 1/2 of the dough at a time to 1/8 in thick. Cut into 12 pieces and place on ungreased cookie sheet. bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
