2 broiled chicken breasts, cut bite size1 lb broiled buffalo sausage, cut bite size1 chopped zucchini1 chopped onion1 chopped jalapeno 16oz. ronzoni healthy harvest rotini 1/2 c. water28oz. diced tomatoes peppergarliccajun seasoningcayenne pepperparsley
Directions
cook flour and butter in a large skillet until browned. add veggies and cook until tender. cook pasta and drain. add meats and pasta and season.
