1 tsp Cooking Oil1 Lb Lean Ground Beef1 1/4 C Carrots, sliced3/4 C Onion, chopped1/2 C Light Cream Cheese1 Can Low-Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1/3 C Milk1/4 C SalsaSalt, PepperTube of Refrigerator Country-Style Biscuits
Heat oil in large pan on medium. Add next 3 ingredients. Scramble fry for about 10 minutes until beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat. Drain.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Add soup. Stir.
Add beef mixture and next 4 ingredients. Stir. Transfer to ungreased 3 quart (3L) casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 375F oven for about 15 minutes.
Arrange biscuits on beef mixture. Bake, uncovered, for another 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are golden.
