Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2.5 cups White Flour1 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Salt1 cube-stick Nucoa2 fresh Large Eggs3/4 cup Splenda 1/4 cup + 2 Tbspns Splenda Brown Sugar2 to 4 tspns Vanilla (imitation)1/4 cup applesauce1 Cup Walnuts2 Cups semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Soda and Salt together in large bowl.
In Another bowl: On low speed with electric mixer (or a fork) mix egg well and add sugars, vanilla, applesauce. Take softened nucoa and blend in with your mixer or a wooden spoon so the consistency is thoroughly mixed.

Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and mix together. Then add walnuts and chocolate chips.

Form into balls about a dozen per baking sheet on lightly sprayed foil and bake about 9 to 11 minutes in a preheated oven 375 degrees. Watch them so they don't burn.

Allow to cool once done and then take off carefully with spatula. Allow to cool thoroughly on flat plates until ready to put into containers or on plates to serve.
