Mom's Pea Salad

Ingredients
2 cups frozen peas1 hardboiled egg, chopped3 Tablespoons Light Miracle Whip4-5 green onions, thinly sliced3/4 cup Velveeta cheese, diced small3 teaspoons sweet relist1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Directions
Cook frozen peas just until thawed. Rinse and cool.

Put Miracle Whip, green onions, diced cheese, sweet relish, egg and celery salt in a medium sized bowl and mix together. Gently fold in peas. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Love this version of pea salad. Instead of all miracle whip, I add equal amounts of dressing and mustard. I also use lowfat cheddar chunks instead of velveeta. - 11/23/08
