Joan's Low Cal Brococoli Salad

Ingredients
Bacon, 1.5 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped or diced (remove)Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Raisins, .25 cup, packed (remove)*Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)*Rice White Vinegar Natural, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*Splenda, 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain. Crumble into small pieces. Combine broccoli flowlets, celery, red onion, raisins and bacon in a large bowl.
In a seperate small dish, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, Splenda, and mix well. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
