Baked Asiago Chicken

1/4 cup panko1/3 cup shredded asiago cheese1/2 tsp dried parsley1/4 cup all whites egg substitute8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and coat a baking dish in cooking spray.
Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley together in a shallow dish. Beat the egg substitute in another shallow dish. Rinse the chicken, and pat them dry with paper towel. Dip the first one into the egg substitute and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs into the chicken breast, coating it well. Repeat until finished.
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the juices run clear.
