Spinach, Cheese, Mushroom & Chicken Quesadilla by Spooky

Ingredients
2 La Banderita flour Tortillas (these tortillas have the lowest fat)2 oz Cabot Cheddar4.5 oz grilled chicken breast slices2 cup sauteed baby spinachmushroomsolive oil to sautee spinach & mushrooms
Directions
Cut up previously grilled chicken
sautee Spinach & mushrooms separately in olive oil
remove from heat

Spray Pam on hot skillet put down a tortilla, add cheese, chicken , spinach & mushrooms.
add more cheese & top with second tortilla.

Cook until golden brown on both sides , & cheese is melty.
Enjoy!
