Light Pancakes

Ingredients
Salt (0.4 tbspn9Cinnamon (2 tbspn)Baking Powder (2 tbspn)Baking Flour (I used white flour) (0.75 cup)Soy milk, light (0.75 cup)Egg whites (2)
Directions
Beat all the ingredients in a bowl till it seems like a smooth mix
Put few drops of olive oil on a pan (or use one that doesn't need it)
Add a full spoon of the mix and spread it into the pan making circles till it seems like a pancake
Repeat until the mix is over

Serving Size: Makes 20 small pieces
