Banana Peppers, 4 large (5" long)Ground beef, lean, 18 oz Tomato Sauce, 3 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Cauliflower rice, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Brown hamburger and onion. After hamburger is no longer pink, add cauliflower rice. Cut banana peppers in half length wise and fill each half with an eighth of the hamburger mix. Mix the tomato sauce and water and pour over peppers. Cover and bake for 35-40 minutes.
