Turkey Salsa Muffins

2 Egg1 tsp. Black pepper1 tbsp. Paprika1 tbsp. Chili powder2 cups Salsa1 lb ground turkey1 onion, chopped finely2 carrots, chopped finely1 cup Kraft "taco" style cheese mix
1. Preheat oven 350
2. Grate the onions and carrots.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
4. Spoon mixture into muffin tin spots and top with a little Salsa
5. Bake until temperature of Turkey Salsa Muffin is 160 degrees
