Ingredients
Onions, Cooked 210 gramsCapers, canned, 9 gramsLemon Juice, 0.9 cupSpincah, Cooked, 1 cupWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked 1 cupButter, salted, 5 gramsOlive Oil, 2 tbspQuantities equal 1 serving
Directions
Saute Chicken and Onions in Olive Oil. Butter is optional. Boil spaghetti as directed (to your liking). Add capers to Chicken and Onions, continue to saute. Once chicken cooked well, add spinach. Serve chicken saute over spaghetti noodles. Enjoy!
