Amish friendship bread (sugar free)

Ingredients
1 cup sugar free Amish friendship bread starter*3 ex lg eggs1 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup splenda (or like)2 cups a/p flour2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1.5 tsp Baking Powder.5 tsp No salt.5 tsp Baking Soda2 boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 deg. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until sides start to pull away from the pan and a toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves, @ about 10 slices each
