Noodle Free Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag coleslaw mix (just the veggies, no dressing)1/2 cup shredded mozerella cheese2 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat2 cans tuna, in waterpinch garlic powder1 cup skim milk1/2 sqaghetti squash, prepared2 eggs, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Saute coleslaw mix until browned. Mix with cooked spaghetti squash and drained tuna. Place into a greased casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix milk, garlic, sour cream, and eggs. Pour milk mixture evenly on top of coleslaw mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top of the whole mixture.

Cook for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
