Ingredients
1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup Splenda Granular3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole-wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 cup quick rolled oats (not instant)1/2 cup raisins or currants
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Stir together the sugar, Splenda and applesauce.
Seperately, mix dry ingredients except oats and raisins.
Blend dry ingredients into the sugar mixture.
Fold in oats and raisins until combined.
Drop balls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes, then cool 3 minutes before removing cookies from tray

    I'm so excited I used to make a similar cookie - Called Cowboy Cookie and everyone in my fam loves them but it's something I had to give up. I'm so happy there's a low cal version. Fold in some coconut and some mini- dark chocolate chips for a small splurge. They are yummy! - 3/3/11

    just made these, i cooked them a little to long so i'm not sure what the real texture its, but they have great flavor! so glad they don't use sugar, egg, or oil. thank you! - 9/24/11
