2 cod fillets (6 oz)1 tbsp fat free ranch dressing2 tsp reduced fat parmesan cheese1 tbsp parsley
Directions
Spread ranch dressing over cod. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
