Nutty Granola

Ingredients

3.5 cups of rolled oats1 cup raw cashews.5 cup sesame seeds.5 cup sliced almonds1 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts1 cup coconut.5 cup sunflower oil2 teaspoons vanilla.5 cup honey
Oil large cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 325.
Stir together dry ingredients, then add the squishy stuff.
spread over cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-25 until golden brown, stirring every 5-10 minutes. When finished cooking DO NOT STIR. Allow to cool fully on the pan and then brake into pieces.
Store in an airtight jar.
Note: If you prefer more of a loose muesli type consistency, then stir while still warm.
