Granola Bars

Ingredients
rolled oats, flour, canola oil, egg, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, coconut, wheat germ, pecans, chocolate chips, pecans, dried cherries
Directions
I just toss everything in my Kitchenaid mixer and blend until it is all wet and combined. Put a sheet of aluminum foil over and cookie sheet, spray with pam, and then dump the granola mixture onto the pan and working with a rubber spatula try and press it to the edge of the foil as well as you can. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Allow to completely cool before slicing.
