Ingredients
1 lb 80/20 ground beef4 cans dark red kidney beansapprox 1 cup chopped onionapprox 1 cup chopped bell peppertwo regular cans of diced tomatoes10 oz can diced tomatoes and chilistwo small cans tomato pastethree reduced sodium beef bullion cubeschili powder and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Crumble/brown the ground beef, transfer it to strainer to drain off the fat and thoroughly rinse with hot water. Return it to pot, add all other ingredients and simmer medium heat covered, stirring occasionally until hot. Add salt to taste if preferred.
