Greek Inspired "salad"

Ingredients

1 package Frozen Spinach4 cloves garlic1 can diced tomatoes1 T Olive Oil4 oz Feta Cheese
Thaw spinach and dry as much as possible. In a large pot, add garlic and spinach and saute 2-3 minutes.
Add can of tomatoes and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add cheese and stir thoroughly, keeping on heat for another minute.
Remove from heat and add to chicken, whole grain noodles, eat as it is or use your imagination! :)
Serving Size: Makes 8 0.5-cup servings
