Curried Potato Salad - Flat Belly Diet

1 pound red potatoes, boiled & diced (I left the skin on)2 scallions, chopped1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted (MUFA)1/4 c. raisins1/2 c. fat free plain yogurt2 tbsp mango chuney (I used Patak's hot mango chutney)2 tsp curry powder
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, and stir in scallions, almonds, and raisins.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, chutney, and curry powder. Pour over the potato mixture and toss to combine well.
