Apple-Raisin Streusel Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, 2 cupsBaking soda, 2 tspBaking powder, 2 tspCinnamon, 1 1/2 tspGround cloves, 1/2 tspSalt, 1/2 tspBrown sugar, packed, 3/4 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, 1 1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 1/3 cupCanola (or other vegetable) oil, 1/3 cupLarge egg, 1Vanilla extract, 2 tspApple, peeled, cored, diced, 1 1/2 cupsRaisins, 1/2 cupTopping: Brown sugar, unpacked, 3 tbspFlour, 1 tbspCinnamon, 1 tspCanola (or other) oil, 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
Combine topping ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt) in large bowl.
In smaller bowl, whisk together wet ingredients (brown & granulated sugar, applesauce, oil, egg, vanilla).
Combine wet with dry; sprinkle with diced apple and raisins. Stir until just combined -DO NOT OVERMIX! Spoon into 20 paper-lined muffin tins; sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
*If you want to reduce calories further, simply make the muffins smaller (i.e., make a higher number of mini-muffins). If you do this, be sure to watch the muffins carefully in the oven.
