Cheeseburger Pizza (Clean Eating Magazine)

Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey1 small onion1/2 tsp italian seasoningsea salt and ground black pepper, to taste14.5 oz no salt added diced tomatoes, drained3 tbsp dijon mustard1 Boboli whole wheat thin crust pizza crust1 cup low fat ricotta cheese6 ounces grated part-skim mozzarela cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Preheat a nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add ground turkey, onion, italian seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minues, breaking up the turkey with a spoon until no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes and dijon. Set aside.

Place crust oon a pizza pan or rimless cookie sheet. speard the ricotta cheese evenly on the pizza crust. Top with turkey mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove pizza from the oven. Let rest for 1 minue before slicing and serving.
