Peanut Butter Fudge Style Brownies

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking powder1/3 cup flour3 Tbsp of canola or vegetable oil1/2 cup light brown sugar1/2 cup of egg substitue or 2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup of drippy peanut butter.50 serving mini peanut butter cups (16 cups)
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl wisk together cocoa powder, baking powder and flour, set aside.
In a large bowl using a wisk combine oil and sugar. Add the egg substitute and vanilla and wisk until blended. Gently mix in the flour mixture and transfer batter to the pan. Drizzle peanut butter into pan and swirl with a toothpick and then poke in 16 peanut butter cups.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes, taking care not to over bake. A toothpick inserted into center should not be completely dry. A few moist crumbs on the pick means you will have fudgy vbrownies.
