Fat free, sugar free blueberry bran muffins

Ingredients
4 cups wheat bran2 cups white whole wheat flour4 tsp cinnamon4 tsp baking powder2 cups skim milk (nonfat milk)2 tsp baking soda2 large eggs1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)12 packets Splenda1/2 cup water2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
1. Mix wheat bran, flour, cinnamon and baking powder in large bowl.
2. Mix skim milk and baking soda in separate bowl.
3, Beat eggs into milk mixture.
4. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients.
5. Stir together Splenda and applesauce, and add to mixture in large bowl.
6. Stir in enough water to make muffin dough consistency, about 1/2 cup.
7. Stir in blueberries or other fruit desired.
8. Spoon into well greased muffin tins and bake in preheated oven at 375 deg F for 15-18 minutes.
